As this year starts to close, I thought I should just let people know what I’m up to. Throughout this year I’ve been writing and recording for a second album, it’s quite a large number of songs actually and while I’m still deciding exactly what to do with them all, expect an album first half of 2012.

I’m aiming to post up some of the new tracks soon so keep an ear out. I’ve played the last show of this year but will start to rehearse new material and live set-ups, and book more shows in the new year.

If you missed them, I put out two releases this year, Paper Trumpets was a double single on 7″ & digital, also a film score album called All That Glitters, which is free to download. Right now I’m feeling pretty excited about making music in the year to come, thanks to anyone that’s listened already. x

I uploaded an interactive audio/visual I made for a couple of performances in March this year.

I’ll be playing a solo piano set at this London show. Last show we did at Cafe OTO was a really lovely evening and I expect the same of this, so do please head down.

Very late update – I’m back to recording/working again after playing Green Man festival last week. Thanks to anyone that came and watched, I’m very grateful to have been asked to play and it’s a really lovely event. Beautiful location as well.

The next show will be a solo piano set at Café OTO in Dalston, October 1st, playing with William Tyler (Lambchop) and Hiss Golden Messenger.

Tomorrow (Wed 18) I’ll be playing a free outdoor piano set at Old Billingsgate Walk on the Thames. It’s for a session with The New Wolf but all are welcome and there’ll be food. It starts at 6:30pm, and it’s near Monument tube:

I’m playing a show at Vortex Jazz Club in London on July 4.

There had been some lengthy delays to the Paper Trumpets 7″ due to problems with the manufacturing but all those have been fixed now and the records have finally arrived. I’m happy to say we have a new release date of July 25.

Welcome to the new site. I know some people were fond of the old one but it seems more useful now to have something more content based… although I haven’t abandoned the interactive organ. A new shop is on it’s way soon as well.
